Anyone with food allergies to gluten, dairy, or eggs should try the vegan cookies from The Alternative Baking Company! They are so darn good. I love my sweets, and it’s hard to find good ones that are allergy friendly. These cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious. Most allergen friendly cookies I’ve tried are either very crunchy, not flavorful, or both. These are neither of the two. The company lists every ingredient on the label, including the individual components of things like baking soda or buttery spread. For label readers like me, this is a plus. I highly recommend these cookies to foodies everywhere!
